It’s the number of votes added to the total in batches at a precinct level. Example Biden awarded 646 votes, Trump awarded 432 votes. Leading digits are 6 and 4.

Yeah it makes no sense. I know very little coding but I could write a basic program that took input and tallied votes. That’s like lesson one stuff. Set variables for vote totals in a particular county for a particular candidate then another variable that adds them all together for that candidate statewide. How do you fuck up something that simple?
