I prefer the GEOTUS, or the "best president ever". The president's people is ALWAYS when you don't own the belt or you're not the champ but you feel you are more popular than the real champ, so you're the "people's champ"... You guys don't watch UFC?
When a congressman and a senator objects to the electors of a specific state, there is a 2 hours debate triggered automatically, and then the House votes on whether or not to reject the state's electors, the Senate does the same.
So far we predict this will be done by simple majority vote, and since the Dems hold the House, they will vote "nay" to rejecting the electors for each state (keeping Biden electors). But there is an argument that they should use State Delegation for the votes, and Republicans holds a majority of State Delegation.
I think it was a bad lawsuit. He wanted a judge to clarify Mike Pence's power coming Jan 6... that was a double-edge sword. Might as well not clarify anything, push the envelop to the maximum, and get sued after the fact. THAT'S the way Democrats play, right?
Awesome, but how many house democrats will object? They need around 10 of them to break rank, they also need EVERY house republicans, not only 140.
They need to pull this off at least 3 or 4 times (for each state objected).
3 or 4 times in a row, they need 50% of the house and 50% of the senate to vote to reject electors.
If this happens, it will be a miracle.
Yeah, I was believing that we had a chance to object, then I read about the "process"... house vote by majority? No way they will vote in Trump's favor. So even if the Senate votes for Trump (might not even work, tons of RINOs who are happy with Biden), it will be a draw? What happens then?
You are right about Trump's power and the MAGA movement even if Biden successfully steal the WH, the only thing I'm worrying about is for 4 years, Biden will work with the Senate and the House to squash any attempt at election reform. They will destroy all the evidence, Wikipedia will make it a conspiracy theory, and we're back to be considered fringe lol.
More like a chat group for strategists, because figuring out our odds we can actually prepare for other means of winning.
Imagine you knew a month ago that every case would fail, every audit would fail, every avenue would fail, we would have had 1 month to get ready for plan Z.
They need to have some things to talk about, that would be great and I hope they're building a giant case for each state so there is enough content for 2 hours.
I heard an argument that this could be so long that they will go overtime, forcing a 1 vote per state.
I still have some hope, but it will take a miracle... imagine they object to each state, and in the end the one that flips is California lol.
True... Lindsey Graham is looking up to Kamala, he thinks she is cool.
