Yeah, just found out lol... Biden and Trump each got +6 electoral votes.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!!!! Lol, seriously, did Nevada just flip to Trump?

I think we can take the average percentage of indefinitely confined people from prior years as a baseline, inflate a bit using health statistics for people who were not allowed to go out (senior homes - people were not allowed out or in, they were confined for sure), and deduct whatever is remaining.

But that's a huge debate that might take months, because we probably don't even agree on the health data in the first place lol.

Dominion rep: "We do background checks!"

Me: "Are you also doing TDS or Leftism checks?"

Meseems 8 points ago +8 / -0

There won't be anything coming out of Dominion, we are using people who are not tech-savvy "confront" Dominion technicians. Questions like "Was there Cameras in their office space?" can always be explained away.

Also, tech workers are mostly left-leaning and have TDS, making them unable to see the Dominion scandal properly. Even Chris Krebs is like: "Most secure election in history!"... Lol.

Wow, total clown world. But I blame the GOP and Republicans in general, you can't win wars by "fighting in good faith" when the other side are playing nasty.

Actually, Election Wiz is a great website, it answers most of my questions now, thanks!

The Donald is a great place to find information, but I like an analysis by a right-leaning lawyer or pundit.

About the "ballots may no be counted", it seems that the latest news (unless that's old news now...) says that the court ruled that the requested remedy to throw out the ballots was rejected, that Trump may challenge individual voters if they wish.

1
Meseems 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah exactly, might be a waste of time to challenge every voter... The judge will say: "But he did not know, he was just exercising his right to vote and was misled, can't disenfranchise him! You should sue whoever misled him instead!".

They will always find excuses.

So they will book 20,000 or so court cases? This will take years LOL. That doesn't make sense.

Sadly, this lawsuit was about throwing away real people's votes (but that were misled to vote "indefinitely confined"). It alleged that there was a potential for voter fraud, but could not bring the hard evidence.

The court was unwilling to throw away the votes of the people on a technical bureaucratic argument based on suspicion of voter fraud.

I don't believe in this ruling, only Democrat or RINO cuck judges could judge this way, but this is how they perceive it.

The requested remedy was to throw away votes because people believed they could use this "indefinitely confined" box due to the coronavirus (why do you think they hyped that virus so much?), throwing away their votes would be voter disenfranchisement in the eyes of the court.

They should stick their lawsuits on voter fraud... BUT voter fraud is nearly impossible to catch because the states don't want to do any audit.

Even signature verification, a signature that doesn't match won;t be allowed to be thrown away... what? Maybe the voter had Parkingson's disease that day, anything is possible... voter fraud? NO WAY, people are honest! You racist!

It's catch 22.

Even though people voted via the "indefinitely confined" method, which they should not have, they still voted and throwing away their votes would be disenfranchisement them of their constitutional right to vote.

The requested remedy was deemed unconstitutional, as they cannot show that these votes were fraudulent and if they had an objection to this, they should have raised it BEFORE the voters had voted using this method.

Something like that.

Because they ruled that even though people voted by saying they were indefinitely confined, throwing away their vote would be disenfranchising them of their constitutional right to vote.

The requested remedy is deemed unconstitutional.

Yup, we can't get a win, ever...

Yeah, I think everything is forming into a crescendo... Biden corruptions, Chinese money into the election, and all the fraud... I know something big is coming, but a court win to boost our spirits would be really nice, all of these losses are depressing and get to me lol.

Lots of lawyers that support Trump said this Texas lawsuit was the most solid they had... Without it now this looks grim, but still have a bit of hope.

Meseems 1 point ago +1 / -0

"Is there a provision in law to conduct our elections by another body than municipalities?"

Lol, let Canada conduct USA's elections, seems they have it more together, they don;t even use the Dominion machines they're selling to the US!

So what's the point of this hearing if we've lost the court case today? If there anything more coming up in Wisconsin (other than TX lawsuit)?

2
Meseems 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ah okay, so it seems this was done the "right way", even though they did not have proper anti-fraud measures.

1
Meseems 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thanks, would be nice to have Rudy or Bannon explain that though, but this makes sense. Hopefully we can still win AZ and NV without that Texas lawsuit.

1
Meseems 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ah okay, makes sense, probably they saw that their arguments had more standings with those 4 states.

Not a humane way to treat your fellow patriots. You would leave a soldier behind for being wounded? Got it.

2
Meseems 2 points ago +2 / -0

To me, it's because it's unpatriotic to let a fellow Pede down, then kick him while he is down, for being down.

That's what the enemy wants.

Thanks for your opinion, I modded you up and I do agree on a supporting Trump to the end, the last four years has been Christmas every day for me, while it was hell for my co-workers, lol.

Just a few things; After 4 years the smoke has cleared up a bit on a few topics that we can finally say he has tried to satisfy the unsatisfiable left a few times, those were mistakes.

Remember, he is no politician, he had a learning curve to navigate the swamp and all the lies, the betrayal, the ill-advise from RINOs, etc.

I think he learned a lot, and the next 4 years will be EPIC (if we can prevent the steal - and we will).
