Once upon a time in the US in 1990, a country with the best university education system in the world, its leaders decided that in the case where there were specific expertise that the US didn't have, but it existed in 3rd world countries (eye roll), that those people should have the ability to work in the US without being citizens. So, they invented the H1B visa. This allowed all this foreign expertise to travel to the US to work. They could even take their wives and family with them, but only the H1B visa holder was authorized to work.
Today there are approximated 600,000 H1B visa holders. Amazing how 3rd world countries are producing all these experts that the US can't produce. /rubs chin quizzically.
In 2015, Obama decided by EO that it was wrong and cruel to allow all these foreign workers to flood the US market and their spouses be unable to work. So, he decided to allow H1B visa holders to work in the US effectively doubling the number of H1B visa holders.

It's a bit more complicated than that, I believe.
Socialism can work if, ideally, everyone is working towards the same goal, with the same motivations, with the same ethics, each fulfilling a necessary role.

So eventually the system has to break down when those that share the same goals, motivations and ethics can no longer produce enough to sate those with unethical goals and motivations who have been able to game the system for their own benefit.
When someone starts an argument with "if only everyone would...." and ends it with "....the plan will work", stop right there! That's a plan doomed to failure because not everyone will and therefore the plan won't work. That's the problem with socialism.

With the tax credits that blacks bring to a business it's literally impossible for them not to get the opportunity to interview. All they need is an eighth grade vocabulary and the corporations will bend over backwards to give them on the job training. I've fucking watched black coworkers get one on one tutelage to be able to do their job....and still get promoted 6 months later and continue to require one on one tutelage to do their job because that increases the tax credit the corporation gets from the IRS. Whites are expected to hit the ground running or GTFO.
