Sell the land at the inflated price. Or buy land in a state that has no land tax. The federal government can't tax land because of the constitution (hopefully it survives that long).
If the economy stall, you already have a market crash anyways. If you cannot service the debt, BUT own the land, then you can just sell it at the inflated rate (thus paying back the loan). This is of course relying on a "crash-up" where there are too many dollars chasing good assets.
You are right, however, that a normal crash, or a "crash-down" would stop that. However, as long as the loan is non-recourse, then there is no consequence anyways.
I like crypto and gold too.

In regards to North Korea and U.S. relations Moon-Jae In, South Korea's president, has stated, "The achievements we have seen in the Trump administration should be the basis of talks with the new administration in the United States." I think we can take the South Korean president as a subject matter expert. So yes, there have been achievements by the Trump administration.
-
Honestly, there is no way for me to address this. Here, we would need to have a all the information and communications between the U.S. and these powers available. Otherwise, we would simply rely on half truths and small snippets of information.
-
He was the Secretary of State for the Obama Administration. However, I see your point, I also don't think he is particularly competent.
-
Honestly, Trump has a lot of failings. One of those is that he trusts the wrong people. You seem rather informed, so I'm sure you are aware that recently a Military Official came forward about lying to DJT regarding the number of troops in the region to stop him from bringing them all home. He has drawn down troops, although it is not where it should be.
-
I hope your right. However, we are already seeing the manufacturing/small business confidence indexes collapsing because of Biden. He has announced that he will stop the keystone pipeline, which combined with his other energy policies will drastically increase the cost of gas, food and other essentials (they have to be transported). Not to mention he is engaging in purity tests for the Military, something traditionally reserved for dictators and tyrants.

My criticism stands on its own. As I stated the direct quotations from your source supports Trump's peaceful intention for Korea. Frankly speaking, Korea went from a belligerent power to a relatively peaceful one. However, you criticize him because of his style.
-
He used the same style in conducting his negotiations in the Middle East. Meaning the Middle East is a relevant example towards the efficacy of his style. If you want more on his style, you should read the Art of the Deal by DJT.

Yes, I did mean John Kerry. Thanks for the correction. Again, the expert of the previous administration, John Kerry, called it "impossible." Further, there is a massive difference between intelligence cooperation and military cooperation. Especially in the Middle East where Israel is reviled. The far closer cooperation between these nations is a massive stabilizing presence in the Middle East. In case you have been asleep for the past two decades, the Middle East is an incredibly unstable part of the world. Having, a strong stabilizing force is revolutionary.

Bush began the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Obama began the conflict in Syria. Trump didn't. Instead of increasing military presence in those parts of the world (As was the pattern set by Bush/Obama), he decreased it. in fact, here is an undeniable example of the difference in foreign policy.
NATO members have been shirking their obligation under the treaty for decades. Effectively, they saved billions of dollars, knowing the U.S. will guard them anyways. Trump forced them to meet their obligations under the treaty. This move by Trump was widely criticized at the time. It was by no means of the imagination a "continuation" of Obama/Bush policy.
- Yes, until tomorrow and America will be worse for it.
1st, I pivoted to the Middle East as an example of the effectiveness of Trump's foreign strategy. You obviously realize this, as you immediately move to diminish Trump's accomplishments in the Middle East.
2nd, John Carrey stated it would be impossible to achieve peace in the middle east the way Trump did. It is absurd, to insist that different administrations/negotiating strategies have no impact when the previous administration states the next one achieved the impossible using those strategies.
3rd, You are correct that there is a larger geo-political landscape. However, that actually works against Israel being involved in the peace deals with the Middle Eastern Powers. This is why John Carrey believed it was impossible without resolving the Palestinian issue first.
4th, You are correct there is little difference between Republicans and Democrats. However, Trump is his own animal, which is why we have not started a new war and both parties criticize him for drawing down troops in Iraq/Afghanistan.
5th, he is our president.
1st, Your definition of "flirting" is absurd. 2nd, your sources are at minimum heavily biased. 3rd, the direct quotations reveal only one thing, Trump wants to have a peaceful resolution to 70 years of conflict.
You may not appreciate Trump's style, but demeaning it, when he has signed four historic peace deals in the Middle East, is ridiculous.
So... what about CHINA? Any consequences for them?
We are caught between a rock and a hard place. Either we hold protests, where Antifa will mix in and cause further chaos. Or we don't, which slowly strangles America to death.
Only solution is organization and crowd control tactics, but any organization that we start will be attacked relentlessly and if there is even one mistake then it will be immediately buried by both Repugs and Demorats.
Honestly, why not? These assholes are reporting their friends, neighbors, and relatives. Might as well give them a taste of their own Orwellian medicine.
The idea that Barr is or at any time was on the president's side is utter nonsense. He was and always will be an establishment hack.
This will never pass, the Democratic party is controlled by K street. Last thing K street wants is money in American pockets. (This carries the unintended consequence of not killing the economy).
not only that but there is a New World Order sticker there too!?!?
I don't think so, S&P is based off of the largest corporations in the U.S.. The federal reserve will forcibly buy their stock before they collapse.
Heck, with current Fed policy I'm willing to bet half of America will starve before the S&P 500 drops 50%.
The Great Awakening starts on Wednesday. Either the Q folk wake up or it turns out people like us were the sleepers all along.
Don't worry, he will walk free, just ask Raphael Warnock who beat his wife and became the Senator of Georgia.
Without Donald Trump, their hate coalition falls apart.
Its like their establishing a Democratic Party Army. Like the People's Liberation Army.
Gonna have to subscribe to the Epoch Times now.
Good bye jobs, $2 gas, and energy independence, you will be missed.
Logan Act anyone? No? The Logan Act only applies to Trump Supporters? Thought so.
The government sees inflation as the key to paying back its ridiculous debt. By destroying your savings, and making everything twice as expensive, the government debt in real monetary terms decreases (instead of 100 bars of gold, because the dollar is cheap, its now 30 bars of gold).
That said, the min-wage increase is just to buy the votes of the economically ignorant.
Be careful! She's reaching for her homemade cookies!
Only way that happens is if the constitution is dead, in which case buy Guns & Ammo!
