My point. He was dead (most likely) before the swallowed Fentanyl had even started to break down in the stomach. That means the actions or inactions of the cops, with someone in their custody, killed him (likely); especially when he's telling them he can't breathe. Its not 'murder' imo. But its a major fuck up.

Another 'medical expert' could argue he died of suffocation or an induced heart attack BEFORE the drugs kicked in. I've read he didn't inject the drugs he swallowed them...if so swallowing poison means it takes (relatively) a LONGER TIME for it to kill you; to work its way through the stomach and intestines into yr bloodstream. For example with FATAL strychnine poisoning its takes about 20 minutes for the first minor convulsions to START and about TWO HOURS to die.
