Agree 100%
I had a geology professor in college who was a raging leftist in around 2003-2004. (Probably not so raging compared to leftists today.) But even he said global warming - not sure if they'd switched to 'climate change' yet - was a bunch of crap. He said ice ages have been pretty regular and that we're still in the warming period from the last ice age and (like you said above) it will get a whole lot warmer before it gets colder. I didn't care for the teacher, but loved the class.
Sorry pede. I can relate. My husband (of 27 years) has TDS. I love him dearly but we just can't talk politics. I pray every night that he'll be red pilled one day.
Stay strong and continue to love your dad. Talk to him if he's receptive. He may not be though. And pray. A lot. :)
I left WoW recently myself, but before I did, someone was in Stormwind yelling for others to start a BLM parade through the city, but no one was having it, mostly just ignoring them. Then the person got all pissy and started calling everyone racists. I was glad to see they got some pushback for that.
I love MMOs, but am usually happier with most of the channels muted. My husband often asks why I don't just play single-player games. I want to be around other people, I just don't want to communicate with them. lol
Dutch carrot-farming descendant here, from the eastern side of the state. My great-grandpa's farm is still working today, but is owned by some of my cousins. Even though I left MI in 1991 (Army), I go back as often as I can to visit family. The western side of the state is beautiful! Only been there a handful of times, but I did love it.
Holy shit! Unreal! Thanks for the info!
I'm mostly worried about how this virus is going to affect the elections. You know they're going to use it to try to destroy POTUS. If the economy tanks or the stock markets fall, that'll all be bad for his reelection. Grrr!
Might be hard to get a burger or pizza though
