You're making yourself NOT CREDIBLE when you bring in all this other stuff, like saying the Dominion CEO stole your quote about them saying "We don't run their elections". You said you were quoting a Dominion guy, and the training audio you put out had the training guy say it a million times -- "hands off, we don't run their election, they run the election, etc". You got the quote FROM Dominion, not the other way around.
No, when the CEO was described locked ballot boxes he was talking about in-person voting machines -- you feed your ballot in and it reads your votes right then (and warns you if you screwed up in marking your ballot) and once you (the voter) is good with it, it drops into a secure box under the machine.

It's better than first-past-the-post voting -- you can vote for your actual preferred candidate (for example, a 3rd party candidate) without your vote going to waste.
You rank as many candidates as you want on the ballot, and your vote goes to your top choice. Then they look at whoever got the least votes, and knock that candidate out, and if that was your first choice, they go and look at your second choice and now that candidate gets your vote.
It's basically an "instant runoff". It's awesome, just complicated and people are too dumb.
