Doh! Legally distinct means legally not the same. Pfizer is still under EUA and I have a right to refuse unless the president grants a waiver to the Secretary of Defense to waive peoples right to refuse.

I guess it depends on when my mast is. If they mast me early I think I'll have more leverage, and even if its later i believe there are double jeopardy rules.

Meh I'm willing to try this one out and see how it goes. If its like you say it is I dont have much to lose on my Game Stop bet anyway.

I mean there is no way they could stop it without undermining the whole stock market. Not saying they won't but Im here to find out.

Apes have been direct registering shares pulling them from the shortable float. May take awhile longer but if the float gets registered then moass is infinite.

I'm not caving. I've been committed to not taking any vaccine since January.

To me this seems like the most simple way of going about it. FDA states they are legally distinct. Last paragraph.

The FDA is pretty clear that Comirnaty and Pfizer are legally distinct. The Secretary of Defense ordered military members get vaccinated with an FDA vaccine. Not flimsy at all. Words matter lol

My buddy got his health care provider to email him that pfizer is fda approved and the only vaccine available at the clinic, so he is sharing that with me. Should be good ammo!

Vaccination status is not personal info at all in the military

Dont worry we are used to it lmao

Mmm for us we are going off the Secretary of Defense mandatory vaccine memo that says, "only FDA approved vaccines will be mandated." The army is most likely trying to pull a fast on soldiers

Unfortunately all but 3 of us have caved
