Manually filling out ballots takes time. Thousands of votes.... 10 seconds a vote to fill in 1 bubble. That's 6 votes a minute, 360 an hr, 8640 a day? Think that's right. Would take several people many hrs to just do Biden. Time would be doubled for 2 candidates.

In MI it depends on how well they prepared. Always room for fraud in Detroit/Flint. They passed ballot initiates in 2018 that were funded by outside groups to make it easier... we will see, I am cautiously optimistic. Much more worried about down ballot stuff. Dont get worried about the POTUS race as much as the senate and house

At this point they were 90%+ in reporting in 2016 but it seems to be lagging significantly behind..... makes me think funny business just like last time they tried their best to pull votes to flip it back to blue. They really arent the issue. It's the well-funded, entrenched power structure behind them. Those you are talking about are easily manipulated and weaker so they arent any real threat and focusing on them is a waste of time unless they starting kamikazing. The structure was difficult to deal with already but Obama gave it a huge infusion which makes it that much harder to target. For as much as the talk has been there, the steps Trump has taken have been moderated and I am not sure it has been enough. He needs to take more drastic steps or it wont matter since the corrupt commies only need 1-2 more presidencies.
Yeah it's all well intended but there is no real way to solve the issues on a governmental level by throwing money/funding at anything. The culture itself is toxic and is even spreading outward to affect the rest of the country. Most of the people trying to make a difference in that area know what's up to and know it has to start from within. Nothing will change until the culture changes and I just dont see that changing because America's enemies are using it to poison the well for the rest of the country.
Biggest issue was that pied piper's led everyone astray for decades. The Shapario-esque types that are ideological but dont get results and stop the problems. At the same time they were not upfront with how damaging the current state of affairs were and the people were content just to get moderate change in one direction or another.
At this juncture unless you are completely off the grid it's almost impossible to not be affected. They got involved in culture long ago so many aspects like music and social culture have already been messed with.
