First, acknowledge that it's OK to be upset sometimes. The valleys make the climbs up to the summit that much sweeter.

Third, DO NOT DOOM and don't listen to doomers! Personally, if anything will get me flying in a fit of rage, it's people that take a kick at being miserable and having the need to pull everyone around them in. If you see people saying shit like "nothing we can do", "Stop, just stop". or "it's all over", FUCKING IGNORE THEM! This shit is counterproductive no matter how you slice it so it isn't worth your time.

Finally, if politics or whatever is getting you down, let it be for a while. All that shit is gonna be there when you come back. Till then, read a book, watch your favorite movie, do a hobby, talk to friends and loved ones. Stress is bad for the health so if the pressure is too much, unwind.
