Most of the violence is from 40 U.S. Code 5104 (c) https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/40/5104 which is merely just entering the Capitol. There are a few assaults. Emmanuel Jackson (from MD) assaulted someone with a baseball bat. That seems to be the worse case. Who is he? He reportedly said, "I'm not here for Trump."
