How does that work logistically? Because from what we've seen, Lindsay Graham is herself pretty ball-less.

It’s two different parties that both support expansion of the central government.

In the past Dems support governmental interference into social welfare and economy, but were against defense expansion. Republicans were for defense spending and expand, against government running welfare and the economy.

In more recent years Ds support unconditional growth of the government, Rs are at least somewhat against government interference in the economy.

But if you want to limit or reverse governmental growth, the entire machine will be against you. The most recent administration to successfully shrink the government was Calvin Coolidge, and the most recent to successfully limit its growth was Ronald Reagan. (A year ago I would have said Donald Trump, oh well he tried)

Every thing not designed with the explicit purpose to resist the left eventually becomes left wing. US Federalism successfully pushed the growth back by more than a century, but mass media and people’s tendency to seek authority during crises eventually broke it.

It was good while it lasted.

Well Apple doesn’t want you to put a keyboard cover or a privacy filter on and close the lid either. New MacBook screens don’t have the metal trim protecting them. Maybe these stuff between the panel and the keyboard deck does have a risk of cracking the panel if you close the lid hard enough or something. But like almost everything in life, it’s a trade off. A very small risk of cracking the panel on a laptop designed like crap and realistically will break in a few years anyway, or risk being monitored by a malicious 3rd party. The choice is obvious, buy Asus ROG, they don’t even put cameras on their laptops in the first place

Brought to you by the Intel 14++ Skylake core, the processor equivalent of a Ford model T with a turbojet strapped on. Gotta use that heat somewhere

The airlines are retiring Boeing 747s and Airbus A380s en masse due to the global overreaction, I’m just saying.

If my memory serves, there was a video pinned here a day before election alleging that Dems would use voting machines to switch 3% of the vote. Back then I thought of it as a ridiculous conspiracy theory. How wrong I was.

Justice Roberts does deserve much of the criticism he got, but the Epstein connection should be viewed with more skepticism.

The only evidence connecting justice Roberts to Epstein was two flight logs with the name John Roberts on it.

Both flights were flown by a G-1159 (Gulfstream II, actually the same aircraft, N530GA, a G2SP) originating from PBI (Palm Beach International), one ending in TEB (Teterboro Airport), the other’s airport code is hard to read, but seem to be PTK (Oakland County Airport, in Michigan). The first one seem to be a fairly standard flight from Palm Beach to New York City, the other harder to guess, probably going to Detroit?

Given the type of people Epstein associated with, there are two likely suspects as to who John Roberts is. One is the Chief Justice of USSC, the other is the Fox News presstitute. The log simply said “JOHN ROBERTS”, so which one of the two was flying is unclear.

While both flights were flown by a G-1159, not the notorious B727 “Lolita Express”, and the destinations seem pretty inconspicuous, it still brings into doubt what connections a SCOTUS justice would have with a pedophile, assuming the name in the log was indeed Justice Roberts (which is unproven).

The thing is, the presidential variant uses the same engine as the civilian ones, and airline operators would be complete retards to not pursue higher fuel efficiency.

As for specific numbers, GEnx-2B67 used on 747-8i develops a maximum thrust of 296kN, higher than the 252kN from the GE CF6 on the VC-25A.

You do realize that every main presidential aircraft in the jet age (VC-137C - Boeing 707-320B, VC-25A - Boeing 747-200B, VC-25B - Boeing 747-8i) has been adopted from civilian liner designs, right?

Do you know that Boeing 727s have an integrated rear staircase? It could be deployed in-flight, and was publicly demonstrated on at least one occasion, by one mysterious airjacker Dan Cooper. There were also rumors that CIA used these aircrafts to insert personnel during the Vietnam War, while maintaining a relatively unmodified civilian configuration. Boeing added a device to prevent the staircase from being deployed mid-air after the Cooper incident.

Pretty sure Windows 7 and later releases (and probably Vista as well), in vanilla status with default security settings, would not simply execute an AutoRun, and instead ask the user to choose an action, with the AutoRun being one of them.

Sounds like they are either running an outdated and unsupported OS, or intentionally disabling basic security features.

Always has been.

The legitimacy of the 2018 election aside, the so-called articles of impeachment never alleged a violation of the law. An impeachment can only occur when the subject has committed an egregious violation of the law. In the case of the Pelosi tantrum, they were nothing more than glorified vote of no confidence.

The executive and the legislature are separate and equal branches under the US system. The president can, and often did, sit without the approval and support of the legislature. This is different from the British system of Parliamentary Supremacy, where the legislature is the absolute sovereign, and the head of the executive must obtain confidence and support from a majority of the legislature.

The Nintendo Switch runs a proprietary custom OS. However, at least for early revisions, the Switch can be made to run a fairly standard Android build off of an SD card.

Don’t demoralize yourself.

This is not even a lawsuit brought by the Trump campaign. The Trump lawsuit goes through the federal courts.

Every small victory matters. Take it or leave it. These small victory mean there’s shit in this election. And if we have enough of these small victories, it might be enough for the SCOTUS to realize the election is full of shit, and throw multiple state, even the entire election out.

Multi-tasking might be hard for an individual, but not for a team. The Dems exploited multiple vulnerabilities using a variety of methods, and all of these need to be investigated and addressed. Isn’t the Trump legal team already onto the voting machines?

This is a victory, but not exactly one worth doing the Toobin’ over. Hope and fight for the best, but prepare for the worst.

I’d say three kinds.

Those who value their campaign promises and have strong ideological convictions, and will put in their best effort to realize their promises.

Those who are held down by political laziness, but still retains some of their beliefs, and will come through when it really mattered. Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, heck even Mitt “transrepublican” Romney can be put into this category.

And those who will choose personal interests and petty vengeance every time over the interest of their constituents. John McCain, Justin Amish are definitely in this category, and Brian Kemp is solidifying himself into this one.
