Yes I know exactly where it is, I was there last week lol. I've spent a lot of time in Chicago over the years, and we all know it's a dangerous place, but historically all of this kind of stuff was confined to the bad neighborhoods, which were relatively contained places. It's pretty unheard of to see this shit downtown. Chicago is out of control.
