You are impatient and insist on instant action/gratification. But the resistance movement won't work like that. They have lost their grip and influence over many Americans. It's a necessary step to their overthrow.
I spent 500 bucks I didn't really have to drive to DC and back, because I thought this election issue was important and the president asked. But it was a total waste of time. I was demonized, and Trump threw us all under the bus.

The other thing killing it is the "woke" style programming. It's so obvious and laughably stupid, the only ones tuning in do it for the comedic value.
colonial parking ramp near Target/Best Buy et al and a Giant grocery store...actually the grocery has an elevator leading into the parking ramp. I really liked the ramp it kept my dog away from prying eyes and away from street noise, and was nicely shaded so hopefully she just rested and wasn't freaked out that I was gone for a few hours.

IMO, you should have him come to the Uk and get hitched. They look with suspicion on Fiancee visas. And even if the same is true about marriage visas...how can they deny it if you're married? It will go through, just a matter of their stupidly slow bureaucracy and rules.
