I took the same data from Oakland and graphed it in a way I think actually checks out and shows strange happenings. The size of the split ticket vote is strangely static on Biden's vote, but seems to scale appropriately on Trump's. This pattern happened in every city I checked. I can't say it proves anything, but I couldn't find a good way to make the graph shape with people simply abandoning Trump.
