Government may set rules on where, when, and how "Gatherings" can take place, as long as those rules are reasonable, not “content-based (meaning they to aren’t an attempt to squelch demonstrations based on their political message) and are narrow in scope, meaning they’re designed to serve legitimate concerns like "Safety" with as few restrictions as possible on constitutional rights. "No gatherings of greater than 10 persons" orders during an outbreak of a virus is well within the scope of those terms. They arrested the Preacher because he willfully violated a "shelter in place" soft quarantine order, just like they arrested the blue haired Maryland man that had a 40+ person party ~ It's the same thing. The restrictions are important because this IS a "socially spread" virus, So gathering a church of people together OR a party is at odds with basic reason and the foundational principles that preserve life in a viral scenario. The difference between a gun store owner and a preacher is the preacher tells the flock to either gather or disperse, the gun store owner could be shut down aswell if to many gather during an order like this. Your "Rights" are not a golden ticket for dangerous behavior OR a shield to defend putting others in harms way. The "right to free speech" has well known limitations based of the common good (screaming fire in a packed theater, etc.) and "the right to bare arms does aswell (felonies, high-risk groups) but the right to gather is the only one that includes the most important limit in the actual words of the amendment: “the right of the people peaceably to assemble.” That means law enforcement may break up any gathering that has turned violent or raises a “clear and present danger”... that current danger is profoundly evident right now in hots-pots of outbreak like NY, Washington & Florida, etc.

Gun shops don't harbor several tens of people in a localized space for hours at a time, gun stores are even limiting occupancy in this pandemic, You don't have rights... Your "Rights" are an agreement with those that agree, a murderer or a robber don't give a shit about your rights... Using a bad situation of nurses not having enough proper protective gear to justify gathering even more people together in a single location doesn't make any sense, you can't argue for people not having enough protection from a virus and then impel people to meet together in a single spot that would then increase their chances of getting a lethal virus... If you can't take criticism you should grow a tougher skin, it's been what?16 days of a "soft quarantine" where you can still do most essential tasks, this is to limit gatherings where spread of a higher transmittable disease is reduced. Instead of shreaking "Rights!" and talking about "making potato guns" in this horribly slow and boring apocalypse scenario... Go for a walk outside, you need it.
