This is the woman who was shown to have rigged a debate and still denied it publicly. She's now asking for proof?
Why anyone would give her a shred of credibility at this point is beyond me.
Of course they can, but that's not the point. The point is using "lawfare" to fight any and every legal move made by the administration in order to bind them up in court for years, delaying their ability to govern and expending attention and legal resources. This fight has taken what, two years? Now it's primed to go to the Supreme Court which will take another year or so before they decide that the President can exercise the same executive authority that other presidents have.
Our judicial system is not structured to handle facetious requests such as this. Effectively, any decision by the administration can now be stopped in its tracks by any one of several lower federal courts. There is no reason why an executive decision should be able to be stopped by a district court. Reform is needed to ensure that only the Supreme Court can rule on these matters.
Pierre Delecto. Never let him forget that shit.

Is that the same Iran that was sent pallets of American cash by President Obama?
Keep in mind that the Chief Justice presides over the impeachment of a president. I wonder if there's any precedent for the Chief Judge to recuse themselves.
"Have you no sense of decency sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?"
Is this actually the elusive Corn Pop?
This graphic is total garbage and not accurate (except for Barry). This is low energy stuff here.
