Oh, you jest, but didn't you know Julius Caesar was actually black? Same with Hannibal.

Bigot.

NO. "Journalists," be they writers, publishers, criers, all arbiters of information have ALWAYS spun their own narrative, since the days of the Roman Republic, Greece, and earlier. How the 20th century has become a "Golden Age of Journalism" is beyond me. There were three TV channels and a few large newspapers; what they chose to run was as much the narrative as what they chose to ignore was outside of the narrative.

A century ago, one Joseph Pulitzer used lying, hyperbolic story-crafting, and social manipulation through information monopoly, what we now know as FAKE NEWS, to goad the nation into the Spanish-American War and sell copies of his print. He then had a prize named after him for "integrity" in journalism.

It is a JOKE. People cannot control their own biases, especially with limited time to select what to cover, and often have no intent to control their bias at all. The Founders complained about it in their time; what makes you think the 20th century was special?

I wonder what might happen if Australia cut all ties and rendered all deeds of Chinese nationals not resident in Australia void? All that land, all that housing for Australians, in Australia! I wonder what might happen if we did that here?

Stop using socialist terms, the left-right scale is their scale. Liberty is not considered on it. Only international vs national socialism. So long as they control the terms, they have complete control of the Overton window.

although for historical reasons[1] they have not been deployed.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory ran a 7.4 MW MSR for 20,000 hours and the project was shuttered. The obvious reason remains unstated to this day. Basically DoE and the military couldn't get fissile plutonium from them. Thus, we spent 50 years generating electricity with pressure-cooker dirty bombs full of solid fuel instead of completely stable cauldrons of liquid fuel.

And now China is going to leapfrog us if we don't hurry the fuck up.

Still, we should be pushing for molten salt reactor infrastructure, hard. Even if they are burners instead of breeders.

You know what? I think he's honest, and always has been. He's never stood down from supporting Trump and opposing the Deep State.

Why won't I turn on him like everyone else here and sling insults? My position only ever stopped at thinking recusal was the wrong move. But in the end, maybe it was the right one. He was part of the campaign. The "investigation" was into the campaign. Him stepping aside allowed for someone with zero vested interest in Trump or the campaign, Barr, to come in and be virtually unassailable. Not only that, but I agree with Sessions that the law would require it.

We are trying to win within the rule of law. We push the rules to their absolute limit and fight back. The more rules they break while we stay in bounds, the harder we can punish them in the end, and they spent another three years leaking, lying, defrauding, and generally being traitorous. I just hope Barr and Durham have the balls to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

The left-right scale is by Marxists, for Marxists. It describes a fight between international vs national socialism. Liberty is not even in consideration. It ONLY describes two ethics by which society will be reconstructed from the top down.

Don't believe me? Why do you think conservatives, true liberals, and libertarians are forced onto the scale at the "right", next to fascists and Nazis? There is nothing in common between them. The former three want a free society where the individual rules their life. The latter two want a centralized society where the state rules the individual's life for some arbitrary greater goal.

We must reject ALL of socialism's useless political constructs. Marxist theories and terminology and hypotheses CANNOT describe the world as people on the ground see it, which is why they are losing around the world. STOP feeding their stupid narratives by using their terminology.

Paper ballots are the most secure voting protocol possible SAVE FOR GIANT HOLES LIKE MAIL-IN VOTING. Chain of trust can be established when all interested parties have eyes-on voting booths, counting stations, and ANY AND ALL transportation of ballots. Mail-in destroys chain of trust.

It baffles me why security experts vote Democrat and support Democrat election engineering when they themselves know how compromised these propositional changes are. Some must be malicious or bought off, because I have been shouting from the rooftops about this.

laowhy86 is an American who has lived in China, learned fluent Chinese, even married a Chinese wife. After years spent there, he's moved back to the US with his wife and spent quite a few of his videos covering just how corrupt and inept the authoritarian CCP is, and how much it lies to the world to get its way.

Andrew Breitbart warned us. The left is effective at either subverting authority or convincing authority that their opinion is the only correct one, such that they can allocate TAXPAYER MONEY to fund themselves. We need to wake up to the sort of Soviet and Nazi propaganda techniques at work here. Media should NEVER be funded by the public, and neither should education.

I understand he's campaigning here, but those two programs are a disaster, insolvent, and are in the hole an amount at least equal to the entire wealth of every household in the country. Not to mention they consume something like 60% or more of the federal budget.

Millennials like me will not be getting Social Security. End it. Pay out to everyone who's paid in, and have everyone younger than the cutoff deposit for savings. And then end the Fed so interest rates can return to where they need to be and saving actually has value again.

But nope. The Fed keeps us all spending and running the treadmill. Gotta keep rates low. God I hate the hole this country has dug itself into for the past few generations.

And the cherry on top of the social engineering cake was the “Golden Age of Journalism” delusion. Never existed. Three broadcast anchors and a local print being your only choices is the BEST way to spin people into a reality distortion bubble. Lie by omission.

How entire generations were convinced that any kind of information broker was “objective” is beyond me, and now laughable. These types have been lying and spinning narratives since the days of the Roman Republic.

The 1st Amendment forbids Congress from making laws abridging speech. It's up to us to show open-minded folks that the MSM are liars. The government does not and should never have that power.

Reminder that if you vote using any kind of software and votes are transported in fucking thumb drives it is not a legitimate election and is fully prepped for rigging, miscounts, and manipulations.

The most secure voting we know exists consists of paper ballots stored in boxes monitored by all interested parties at all times. Boxes do not contain malware that can flip votes or wipe entire collections of them.

Ask any security or cryptography expert. The chain of trust for software voting and transportation via storage media or god forbid the Internet is nonexistent.

Love it. The little popup commentaries are great, I just wish that they ONLY appeared when you're over the link. If you move over the popup, it stays up and you can't get to the link below it.
