Something simple you can start doing; push ups and squats.
So for example one set might be; 10 x push ups 10 x squats Rest
10 x push ups 10 x squats Rest
Repeat throughout the day trying to do 3 sets. This is very beginner but a solid start.
There were some posts going around on connecting with other pedes. As with any meetup, use caution. However, many people that have attended the other million maga marches have said they meet tons of nice people and have made some good friends at them!
