Maybe I'm confused, but I believe that's how much Georgia paid for Dominion. Not a payment by Dominion to Kemp.

Couldn't find anything on his twitter about it. I just trolled through every single vote to see their party affiliation. He honestly seems more libertarian than Republican. Probably Libertarian running as Republican for practical purposes
Clarification, he's the only Republican in the Georgia House of Representatives to vote no on HB316 which allowed for money to be spent on voting machines warned to be unsafe. The deal with Dominion wasn't made until 07/29/19. Not a single Republican in the Georgia State Senate voted against.
I don't understand how this proves fraud and not just proves that you can make an algorithm that could be used for fraud. I'm not saying it doesn't, I'm just saying I'm too stupid to understand even the layman's version
These aren't state specific, they're being shipped out to everyone nationally. I don't know about paper, but 100lb card stock would be my guess. I haven't seen any physical cards yet though to know for sure.
