In Gardner’s case the Omaha DA found self defense. He then caved in and wanted second opinion. Judge appointed Fred Franklin from the OMAHA US Attorneys office. That’s the fuck-face that came up with charges. BILL BARR’S OMAHA OFFICE CAN GET A PATRIOT ARRESTED IN WEEKS AND HOUND HIM INTO SUICIDE BUT CAN’T PROSECUTE COMEY GATE AFTER YEAR’S OF SUPPOSED EFFORT.
