If they blatantly disregarded a court order (from the supreme court no less), they're gonna have a bad time.
If you read the plain English of the law that the PA legislature drafted, they made it VERY clear that they wanted a cap on when ballots could be returned. And they put a severability clause in there to boot, basically saying that mail in ballots weren't authorized if any part of the law was changed.
And then the PA supreme court blatantly rewrote the law because of "muh covid". The US constitution clearly states that state legislatures decide how presidential electors are picked.
Any ballots received after 8PM must be thrown out. If they just dumped them all into the same pile, than ALL of the mail in ballots should be disallowed per the severability clause. And if anyone wants to cry about "muh disenfranchisement" they should take it up with the PA supreme court and their bullshit fascist governor.
