It’s awesome having the AG be Republican to a D Governor. Daniel Cameron rocks, and he is a Black Republican!

It’s to make sure it is a legal contribution and not one from a corporation. My husband used to be a campaign auditor. This was the kind of stuff his department looked for.

That’s what REAL free speech looks like, baby! People say what they want. You can be offended; you can object loudly and make your feelings likewise heard; but you can’t stop them from saying it and they can’t stop your words.💥💥💥

Nick Searcy is another one who does. He is the director of “Gosnell”, which you should find and watch if you haven’t already. He’s a great character actor and a devastating Twitter user. Credits include “Justified”, “The Shape of Water,” “Fried Green Tomatoes,” and “American Gothic.” Funny, decent guy, and a darn good piano player.

And then be willing to leave the dark behind you.

He didn’t say exactly HOW you have to wear it. Forehead; under your chin; as a headband; around your neck; all seem like reasonable options.

I WILL NOT COMPLY. Gotta get that shirt...

Thankfully our legislature last year made concealed carry without a permit legal. Open carry has always been legal. This year they overrode his veto of voter ID requirement. 👍🏻👍🏻

The governor is the outlier in terms of elected Constitutional officials. They are all Republican, and both houses of the legislature are Republican controlled. Both US Senators are Republican, and I think there’s only one Democrat Congressman, who represents Louisville. Except for Lexington and Louisville, we’re pretty reliably red. And as much as the last governor was hated, he only lost to the current governor by about 5K votes. People started protesting the new gov’s lockdown policies this past week.

Welcome to Kentucky! I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

Everyone despised the previous Republican Governor because of his attempts to fix the state’s pension crisis. He especially PO’d the teachers, and they are the ones who mobilized behind Andy, whose father was the last Democrat governor of KY. Every other constitutional office went Republican, and Republicans hold a majority in both legislative chambers. People didn’t so much vote this governor in as vote the incumbent out.

Fun fact: the hospital where Bloomberg was taken is located next door to The Derek Zoolander Center For Children Who Can't Read Good And Wanna Learn To Do Other Stuff Good Too. Same developer.

“ The former al-Quds leader took up 2-3 seats on the plane back home, reported The New York Post in a cardboard box.”

I would have loved to watch them cram the NY Post into that cardboard box! LOL!
