I was a late adopter of Facebook and wish I’d never signed up. I was a middle schooler and wanted a stupid FarmVille account (a farming game) and you had to have Facebook to get one, 8 years later I finally pulled the plug. Lost a lot of time in my youth to the black hole of social media.
Deleted Facebook in 2017. I suggest all of you do the same if you’re still on. Keep in touch with family & friends by phone. I am not missing a thing and can still keep in touch.
