How can you tell if a Chicago Mayor is corrupt? They became the mayor of Chicago.

This may not be a popular opinion, but does anyone else get the hunch that these Clinton characters may not be all they're cracked up to be? I get it, they've been in power for a long, long time. And I understand they are connected with powerful heads of industries, and have loads of money (millions!) coming in from just about every foreign country, allies and enemies, and obviously they must be doing SOMETHING right. But...I don't know, something never seemed right about them. I don't know.
