How can forcing a company to hire based on race or other minority status be legal in any way?

I agree. The lockdowns are unconstitutional, and we need a justice that will uphold our constitutional rights.

He's still better than what we have out here in Hawaii. We are entirely dependent on the mainland, and our infrastructure is starting to fail due to the lockdowns. We've had 50 deaths statewide, 1/10th the amount of deaths we had for the seasonal flu. There's no end in sight to the lockdowns.

As long as we get him out here in Hawaii next!

Politics in Hawaii are amusing to watch. Anyone who's a good old boy with a D next to their name can get elected. Most government positions are awarded to cronies, and the fallout from their incompetence is amusing until it isn't. Not a one of them could find their asses with both hands.

Kalifornia had pretty much become a police state run entirely by the politicians with no accountability by the time I left. I hated that they used the police force as glorified tax collectors, always looking for a reason to hit you with a fine for something. They say that Hawaii is one of the most expensive places to live in the country, but my overall standard of living went way up, and the cost of living went down. I'm just afraid that the continued lockdowns will throw us back to the third world.

I got out of Kalifornia in 2012. Best decision of my life. Unfortunately, this is a one party state, and it's circling the drain. Nobody seems to care what it's going to mean for this state if Hawaiian Airlines goes under. We'll be almost completely isolated.

I live in Hawaii. There are very few flights now, and the lockdown is going to kill this state. Hawaiian Airlines doesn't have the capital to operate past September, and the population here are all media controlled xenophobes. They want everything locked down, businesses closed. They don't understand where the 'government money' they think they should be living on comes from.

Right on both counts. The only difference is that Tulsi never claimed to be pacific islander.

I live in her district. While she definitely has a case of TDS, she was the only sane candidate the DNC had, but they hate her because she doesn't support the DNC, she supports her constituents. In fact, she's not running for re-election. The DNC pulled her funding because she refused to support Hillary with her superdelegate vote in 2016. Her constituents voted otherwise, and that's where her vote went. She's of Indian descent, not pacific islander.

I'm on the fence on this one. On one hand, I have a hard time with people who haven't committed any crimes being forcibly imprisoned. On the other hand, they can't care for themselves and shouldn't be allowed in the general public.

I'm not sure anyone wants him to die, but he utterly failed as AG. He closed his eyes to all of the corruption the current administration is trying to expose and eliminate. He had a big opportunity to do the right thing. He didn't. He deserved to lose his seat for that.

We've had no-go zones in the US for a long time. Detroit, Chicago... No thanks.

That's been the uniparty goal for the last decade or so.

Honestly, the world needs more folks with your work ethic. It's rare these days.

I outwork plenty of men older than me.

That's because we've been doing it for a while and we're tired! I wish I still had youth on my side!

It's sad to say, but Obama is at the very top of the protected class food chain. If he went down, it would guarantee civil unrest at a massive scale. I'm not sure that's a price our government is willing to pay.
