That's not going to happen because, as has been demonstrated quite clearly in recent days, we can't get conservatives to do anything "en masse". What would happen is a few people would quit or strike to make a statement, they'd be branded evil political terrorists by the media and then they'd be fired and replaced.
At least where I am, businesses have the potential of getting fined if they don't enforce the government mask mandates, so it's not a "muh private business" choice any more.
