That's fine and I don't blame them. But the case was dismissed because texas lacks standing. POTUS does not lack standing. He has 2 cases in State supreme courts and 2 headed to the SCOTUS. If they bounce those 2, I'd assume they'd bounce the others as they came out of the state supreme courts, and at that point, all is indeed lost barring some kind of insurrection play.
My hope is wounded as well. But I won't let that blind me to what remains before us. The 3rd box is closing, but the lid has not been set. Yet.
