i lived in Philly long enough to vote in 2 Presidential elections...both times DEM politicos outside the polling place came over to shake my hand...in order to slip me a voter's cheat sheet...it's a small story but i learned that Philly is a cesspool of corruption, it was everywhere...seeing those numbers in PA is probably an accurate assessment
