This story got me earlier ( made me look dumb on Facebook) . Where it's true... its not BREAKING... the story was from a couple weeks before election in mid October...
The whole segment was referring to spoofed emails trying to discourage Trump voters from getting out to vote.
Hopefully this info helps someone else, as the posting of this story and omitting the dates this Info was released I believe is part of disinformation to make us look stupid, by assuming it was a recent event and actually related to voter fraud... ( its not, its pre election day and relates to foreign interference and influence ).
General rule... anytime someone posts something where they don't give the original documents, video or date, assume you're being played until proven otherwise...
