I've had this conversation with a few people. I think Trump is more powerful now than he was a president. If the Left really wanted to be done with him, they should've given him his four years. At least then, they could keep an eye on him and somewhat keep him in check. After that, they could've installed their next candidate and that would be that.
Now they've created an enemy who will continue to be a thorn in their sides, and they can't stop it. He doesn't even need to be in office to do it. I still feel Mar-A-Lago stands to become the next "White House".
That's just my personal take on it.
Feeling of comfort may be true, but the fact is there are a lot of people with families who depend on them. You may not feel it is a valid excuse, but many do.
Also, the "iNsUrReCtIoN" only showed someone like myself that the organization wasn't there. Aside from the fact they were set up, a bunch of people went in and accomplished nothing. They had no plan. Couple that with a President with ZERO support in all branches of government, both sides of the isle. How in Earth could you possibly expect a "revolution" when we already know it would be over before it even began?
They want to run people to Red states to change voting habits. They probably want to buy up as much property as they can as cheap as possible. They probably want to turn the cities into strongholds since many states are practically governed by the voting habits of major cities.
I don't know how it would ever be done, but we really need some sort of electoral college at the State level.
I don't disagree with that. It made my blood boil to watch the riots unfold. Part of me wanted to take a ride to Atlanta, or any of the cities dealing with the riots.
However, it became obvious anyone taking a stage against the riots found themselves treated as criminals while the actual criminals were let go. On top of that, during some interviews, I actually heard of some instances where citizens were actually supporting the riots. There's no sense in risking my own safety to fight the good fight if there's zero support.
I don't live in a major city. I couldn't care less. Cities full of millions, but sitting by while they let these idiots burn them down leads me to believe most of the people in those cities are fine with it.
Regardless, they're going to riot, no matter what the outcome is.
All of the obvious fraud aside, it still doesn't change the fact a bunch of people stayed home. That affected the numbers.
