Where I'm from ( Southern WV ) we had 'shelter-in-place' procedures. There are so many dangerous chemical plants & processing fields that have been forced in for decades since nobody gives a damn about Appalachia that we often were trapped. When a chem leak happens the schools ( & residents )in the area herd all humans into 1 room, seal the doors & windows, give up phones, turn off the air/ heat, issue masks and do roll calls. Supply cabinets are already set & sealed. Then we turn on the radio and apply our i.ds to our clothes. We wouldn't survive. It's just to find our bodies easier. This happens multiple times per year to this very day. Duck and cover, kids.
