I strongly disagree. If they count the ballots by hand, the numbers won't match the totals that were turned in on election night. Many of the ballots were allegedly sent for adjudication where they were flipped to Biden. If they find ballots that lack kinematic artifacts, those ballots will be deemed suspect. If they find a series of ballots that are filled in by machine, they will be tossed. There's a lot of low hanging fruit.

Yes, but McCarthy made that vote a referendum about himself, telling members that Republicans needed the Cheney wing of the party ($$$$), and thus he wanted everyone to support her. He can easily call for another vote since Cheney is continuing to divide the party.
