Think of the kind of predicament our cops our in. Damned if they do, damned if they don’t. It takes a lot of courage to take action as a cop right now.
It’s great to see, but still the collectivist mentality shines through. That is the most discouraging thing in all of this. The arguments that get the most spotlight still hold to collectivist attitudes that are fundamentally anti-American.

This is definitely true for the most part, but I think that Eric Weinstein’s recent videos show that there are some grand exceptions. The guy is not only going against the narrative but also leveraging his Jewish heritage as an argument that blacks essentially don’t have the high ground in claiming that they are victims.
He points out that it is important to acknowledge history, but that there is a huge difference between a healthy reaction and an insane one (like the left is showing now).
How in the fuck does that make me a troll? I’ll be voting for Donald Trump, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to act the same way the left does and operate without any shred of honesty or nuance towards their positions.

He is clearly not demanding that white children’s lives be destroyed. Watch the video again and take everything he is saying into context. You remove your ability to hold a conversation with the opposition if you don’t allow any subtlety - because then they attribute stupidity on your part, when there is also an argument to be made against the actual point that he was making.
It’s a pattern, but this video alone doesn’t communicate that. I was merely clarifying what the guy was communicating in this particular instance. I don’t agree with it. I was just trying to keep it from being strawmanned because I believe that it’s important to build your enemy up as much as possible. Otherwise you will never win any of the important arguments on a cultural level.

Look, I’m not a fucking liberal but that isn’t what this guy is trying to communicate. I don’t agree with what he is saying, but strawmanning him is a bad look for everyone.
He’s trying to say that as a white family you need to remind yourself that you wouldn’t want your own children to have to fear for their safety due to their skin color. He’s using the hypothetical child’s fear as a device to light a fire under people’s ass and make them strongly align with the idea that there needs to be equality in this area.
