I would willingly go to hell just for the pleasure of watching her burn there.
I agree. I'm looking forward to using Parler and Gab, and I'm especially looking forward to them and new ones burying Twitter, Facebook, Amazon, et al. I really hope Trump creates new platforms to bury them.
The problem if social media goes down is the lack of communication. The left owns and runs the Mockingbird media. How are we to get trusted and reliable information without this modern communication? It's the modern day Paul Revere.
Exactly! This is not a Hollywood movie FFS. He's got to follow the law and the process.
He will be leading the crowd to the Capitol at 1pm when the joint houses meet. What did you want him to do, pull out a musket and hop on a horse?
He said after Christmas this will move fast. At least 4 states will likely de-certify the EV. Arizona and GA are having hearings already, and Mich and PA are moving in that direction. I also suspect, that there is more evidence to come out. At the very least, if enough states de-certify, then neither candidate has 270 and a 12th amend will be triggered. Hold onto your seats, will will be a crazy ride.
I missed this. Was it aired live on TV? If not, it should have been a live address to the nation
Yep. Same with the Georgia case.
The problem is that the response from the defendant is not due until 1/14/20 enter text
The court will allow release of the report today if the order is submitted today.
The Judge will allow release of the report, but will have portions of code redacted pending confirmation it's not source code that is trade secrets.
This was very encouraging, exactly what I needed to hear. This, the slow trickle of corrupt actors, the cybersecurity breach at the Treasury- it's all making sense. I guess this is the show we were told to enjoy.
But, there are a lot of us.
Thank you very much for your analysis, this brought clarity. I agree that the state courts should be the start and then move up to the S Ct. I also really am starting to suspect that the courts would prefer the state legislatures work it out. It will come to a fight in Congress in January at the very least. It's not over.
The court will not accept the complaint. They claim Texas and the other plaintiffs lack standing to bring the suit. They won't even allow the complaint to be filed. Alito and Thomas dissented, saying they would allow the complaint to be filed but no more action than that. They washed their hands of the mess and walked away like cowards.
Excellent point. The blame lies with the state legislatures and the Republican party. I'm done with the party. We've really been a one party country for several decades now.
Good point. I will maintain that joining the TX action shows he's approached the Rubicon; it's a matter of time now.
I think he crossed the Rubicon by joining TX as a co-plaintiff. There's no going back. There is no question that a coup is taking place.
Thank you for this, I just read through the docket and was losing track! This is great.
Yes, they are saying that the S. Ct should not rule in favor of the plaintiff, but we need a ruling on the Elector's Clause for the future so F ups like this don't happen again.
This is an astounding development, I cannot keep up. So far Ohio is America's Switzerland. Let's see how many red states stand up for the Republic.
I missed this post and posted a separate one. Just deleted it. This is fantastic news! It's on, the country and the courts cannot ignore what is at stake here.
He's asking to be made a co-plaintiff with TX in his individual capacity as a candidate for re-election. it's Trump and TX against the 4 states, if the court grants the motion.
We can make our voices heard, and loudly, through involving ourselves in local elections, running for office, choosing to stop doing business with companies who censor, and especially voting in primaries- change parties f you have to, but use the power of the ballot. Violence only begets violence.
