Make special interest groups and lobbying illegal; amend the Constitution of the US. The only orders the elected officials should take is from the people the represent.

No, term limits are absolutely necessary. In addition, all lobbying by special interest groups needs to end. The elected officials take their marching orders from the people the represent in their district or state. Period.

Yep. The recertification is meaningless when there are still court actions pendings. Did they not read the Safe Harbor section of the code. Pending suits=unsettled disputes.

What effect will this have? Not that I'm not elated to see this passion, but what will this have a greater consequence?

They're re-certifying the election as is, said there is no evidence of fraud.

Here's the letter from the PA GOP h/t Mark Levin: enter text

2
Msenforser 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's what I was wondering. Does the letter have teeth?

Msenforser 1 point ago +1 / -0

It looks like they issued a few letters. One was to the PA congressional delegation on why they should dispute Wolf's certification. Does this have teeth? Edited: it looks like they are asking for the delegation to apply Art 2 and call for a contingency election for PA. Is my understanding correct?

OK, I found information. The PA GOP house and senate issued letters calling on Congress to dispute PA's electors. Letters were issued to PAs congressional delegation outlining the reasons why they should dispute the electors certified by Wolf. There is also a letter to the PA AG requesting a special prosecutor to reviews the irregularities (fraud and outright theft).there are also letters to deal with changing laws and policies going forward. -PA GOP House & Senate formally call on US Congress to Dispute ("object" per 12A) PA Elector Slate.

-Ask for LE Review of election.

*Read my pinned thread where I go into great detail as to what happens if 12A triggered.

Can anybody verify this?

Well shit, is there any indication that the PA state legislatures are willing to call themselves back in? I'm in NY, otherwise I'd be buring the phone lines, blowing up emails and knocking on doors.

Wait, the state legislature can call itself back into session? PA legis was adjourned until the new session in January. Can they call themselves back into session?

How GA can NOT direct the electors at this point is criminal

More votes from received ballots than marked as received by the county

Clearly there is no evidence. The media is correct.

I'm so impressed by how effective their testimony is, and I especially love that they are calling out reverse discrimination!

Why bother to hold hearings if you don't want to hear the testimony? It's bullshit, just to check off a box and say that they held a hearing.
