True.
The argument has been Section 230 protections that tech "platforms" get that free them from liability if their platform is used for illegal or damaging reasons.
If they moderate/censor their users content, then they are not a platform, they are a publisher. Which should open them up to lawsuits.... but our government is weak.
If your work tells you not to say something or you'll get fired, then that is legal usually...
My parents have asked for their grandkids to come see them. They have said they feel like they have lived a full life and don't want to spend the last few years of their life locked up in their house.

He didn't say exactly what some folks wanted him to say. Something about how there is not enough publically available evidence of fraud to overturn the election... which is a true statement....
We have a lot of circumstantial evidence, and a lot of things that don't add up. But we don't have the source code of the dominion election software, or any other real and tangible proof to prove fraud. We have a couple known whistle-blowers such as the mail carrier up in Erie, but that is one guy at one location. We would need that to happen in dozens if not hundreds of post offices to make up the difference... there could be proof that they were all involved.. but its just not publically available yet.
That being said, it doesn't mean that Trump lawyers dont... they very well could have significant proof, but we won't know until court records are released.
Yes... be careful what you say online.
