I think youve missed the point entirely. Even things you dont like are LEGALLY protected by the first amendment. A platform such as Gab doesnt have to adhere to the 1st amendment, for exactly the reasons both sides of this are stating... i feel like people are assuming there are "sides" to this "argument" although everyone agrees lol. We dont want that nasty shit on here. NO ONE disagrees with that. All of that stuff IS protected by the 1st amendment, and there is no "YOUR free speech" thats some "MY truth" bullshit. However there are laws that also prevent certain things. for instance, in the US cp is illegal. You need to be of a certain age to consume certain media. A website like this can appeal to younger crowds, so they have that umbrella to protect the site from the things we are all saying we dont want on here. But it goes too far when a liberal perspective is removed for not falling in line. then we become the other extreme
He certainly isnt the good guy. He could have fixed it, it has happened before, vice presidents decided where contested electors go. Jefferson did it in his own favor.
