You mean the undated one signed by everbody using blue ink instead of the standard required black ink? Is there a message being sent like an inverted US flag does to signal distress?

Marie Zack says Trump has had the affidavit since Christmas eve (21:30-23:00). She handed it to him. Flynn endorses the findings in the affidavit.

17 states involved

What I don't understand is her defense of Brian Kemp. (~15:00 -19:00)

Trump has trashed Kemp and I think he did so for good reason. It is why we are here today.

This affidavit is also in the hands of Mark Meadows.

If you really did serve with him him you'd know him better, but you don't, because you probably didn't.

This Affidavit is not yet filed with a court, so it does not bear any stamps, or even a Bates page number. When it is filed, it will not be filed with an Italian government entity.

No. It is for a US filing, where English is required.

The Affidavit is for utilization in a US jurisdiction, not an Italian jurisdiction, hence it is written English, not Italian. If, as you say, you lived outside of the US for a decade, and did business, I'd expect you to know the difference in requirements for a US filing and an Italian filing.

A House Member (e.g. Andy Biggs, R-AZ) and a Senator (e.g., Ted Cruz, R-TX) can oppose CA-electors (as they already plan to do others) and force a debate in the House and Senate opposing Biden's electors, which forces the whole thing into the open. Pence declares that CA law disallows counting of and tabulating their ballots which offend their laws, and he refuses to accept their electors. Election goes to the House. (R)'s win with 26-22-1 majority. Trump -- 4 more years.
