Poll workers need to wear manditory body cams like cops. The video needs to feed to a public website for virtual pollwatching. Even if the crowd-sourced public isn't watching a particular worker, the worker won't know that. No worries about Covid, over-crowding of workplaces, terrible shifts, having to drive to bad neighborhoods, not being able to find people for midterms, etc
