Even a cursory reading of the constitution easily reveals that this issue has to be fixed within the affected states. By filing the Texas case they all got to put their names on something to "show that they tried", but they didn't really have to fix the problem and take the backlash.

Republican party, the Texas charade is insufficient. Find a way to fix this.
