Allow south africans, taiwanese, hong kongers, and any european that realizes that europe is a sinking ship in.

A big difference between conservatives and liberals: conservatives respect the rule of law. Think "shopping cart theory." And for a good minute we've equated rule of law with police. They're supposed to represent the law, that the means justify the ends. The police are no longer doing this, or respecting the rule of law.
