Yeah, it is pretty frustrating when you think about it. It was very obvious that they were gaming the system and using Covid to accomplish it. Then, we just sat here and watched them cheat. I can't see a scenario where we don't have stagflation. Anyone familiar with the modified Phillip's curve knows the wage setting will directly affect unemployment. So, wage hikes will drive up input prices and unemployment. Manufacturing will start to offshore again due to the increase in corporate taxes also leading to losses of jobs. Just basic economics. Everything will benefit China since Joe is a China plant.
