Title IV D of the social security act incentivises courts to go after people who are behind on their child support and alimony. CA is widely considered the most corrupt family court system in the United States. Factoid: the most punishing family courts are mostly in Democrat controlled states.

As far as his original lawyers are concerned, They flat out lied to him, made a secret deal with the Mueller team without his knowledge and he was sold out. You cannot blame him for that. Plus, as we all came to witness he was dealing with a judge who was openly hostile to him. Even after the government dropped his case, the judge wanted to keep it alive. Flynn made some mistakes(i.e. signing the confession) but he was between a rock and a hard place concerning his son.

Short term it was an unforced error....and I am not completely sold that it was MAGA people who were at fault. How many rallies has Trump had since he has been in office? 100? 200? 300? Of all those rallies how many have led to any violence? 1 Unfortunately it happened at a time of high emotions and tension and the left is hammering us with it. fear not though we will survive and continue to build our movement.
