I’m hearing conflicting things. Some say a “majority” of the senate must object to the electors in order for a challenge to be made. Others are saying it takes “just one” Senator.

Brings me to something I’ve been saying for quite sometime:
In order to be a liberal, there are two prerequisites:
- You must be a raging hypocrite and;
- You must be a raging racist.
This clearly falls into Rule 1
Well, if fraud vitiates everything (as was held by the SC) then that includes votes for Trump.
What you would likely need is a new election in those states - without vote scanners and internet.
The D’s and R’s each vet and select an army of ballot counters and poll watchers. Ballots must have unique barcodes - specific to the person on the voting roll. The counters are set up in three equally distributed teams: team 1 counts (agrees on number and validity of ballots), team 2 counts (if first number is within 1% of second number, the count stands, if beyond then it goes to third team.)
If third count doesn’t corroborate either previous count, all “previously flagged” ballots are thrown out - and a raw count of the clean ballots will decide.
There will be no adjudication. There will be no scrubbing. Everything will be done by hand, in person, before an equally balanced team of poll watchers.

That is how you beat fraud.

That was the first step in the right direction. The next step is to have the legislature approve and submit those electors.
You can’t have that second step without the first step.
If I were a gambling man, I’d say these states are signaling to Biden that he has a “legal” way out of this - if the fraud becomes too big to ignore. Biden could lose due to some “technicality” which would paint him as a victim to his supporters.
