Any judge or attorney that wrote that is a buffoon. The Constitution lays it out plainly: contested elections are settled by the Courts.
You need to read his tweet more closely.
His tweet clearly says "I have A signed letter from Arizona legislators invoking.." He doesn't say he has the authority, or that he signed the letter.

Based on the title of the post, I have no idea why you’d sue in state court for a federal election. That makes no sense whatsoever.
To put it in perspective, if I commit a felony through use of mailboxes and mailings in NY, I wouldn’t be subject to the laws of NYS. I’d be subject to federal law because the usps is a federal entity.
If I commit voter fraud on a federal election, I’ve committed a federal crime.

The PCR can’t tell if you’re contagious, and has no way of determining your “danger” to others.
To put it bluntly, the test is like walking into a kitchen blindfolded. If you smell the food, but don’t see it, you have no idea if dinner just started or ended.
I have family in Italy. We were recently comparing our COVID test results.
My cousin had a 20 PCR Threshold. It was clearly indicated on his test.
Our test had nothing on it. So, I called the lab. The PCR was 35.
For anyone “applauding” Europe’s low numbers: their tests aren’t as sensitive. This is a good thing - because our tests are too sensitive and pick up live/dying/dead viruses that result in “positives.”

I totally agree. I was talking about if there were local elections, with fraud. Like a mayor.
Then you would need the hard copy ballots to corroborate the tally.
So, if I ran 100 ballots for Trump and 100 ballots for Biden, I would have a 50/50 split and 200 ballots.
That needs to be checked against the software tally. If those same 200 ballots come back Trump 87, Biden 113 - you know something is very wrong.

Locally, it would depend on how you perpetrated the fraud. If you used the mail - that’s federal. If you used local resources and voting booths? Probably just state laws.

If he does cross the rubicon, there is one thing that will make him one of (if not THE) greatest people to ever live: he restores the Republic. He spends 4 years cleaning house and then he leaves in 2024.

I’m an attorney. Let me weigh in on a technical matter: the draftsman is citing a lower state court - which does not have precedence in the SCOTUS.
SCOTUS looks to its own past decisions for guidance. Not lower state court decisions. The fact that this suit mentions the Wisconsin ruling tells me there is NO helpful SCOTUS case law for the Defendant.
