Even if Obama was born in Kenya he could still be president because his mother was a US citizen. That automatically made him a citizen at birth. The Constitution doesn't say presidents have to be born inside the US, just that they have to be natural born which means born a citizen.

Then they ignore the initial statement and say their job is done.
