I thought seed purchase was only banned at big stores larger than 50,000 sq ft. Not that this makes much sense especially if you're trying to keep people distant. All this would effectively do is force larger concentrated numbers of people looking to buy seeds into smaller stores thus having more people in closer more dense proximity to each other.
Also I'm pretty certain you can cut your own grass you just simply can't hire someone else to do it. Unless I'm mistaken. Which once again doesn't make much sense and shows the idiocy of this incompetent moron of a governor. Essentially put lawn care workers out of business that could easily distant themselves.
