Kratom isn't harmless. You can definitely do too much and fuck yourself up. And who knows where it's coming from overseas and what chemicals are sprayed on it. From what I understand kratom is perfectly safe if you use it responsibly, but so is heroin. The problem is people don't use it responsibly because it feels good and they get addicted. So just like heroin, you do more and more so you don't have to go thru withdrawal symptoms.
